The theme of the conference is "Build Sustainable Scalable Spirit-Led Church Systems." It will feature practical learning sessions aimed at equipping ministry leaders with governance and operational frameworks capable of sustaining growth.

Pastor Sam Adeyemi, founder and senior pastor of Daystar Christian Centre, emphasized the need for churches to develop enduring systems rather than relying solely on individual leaders. The conference will include workshops on governance, leadership, finance, staffing, and technology, ensuring participants leave with actionable strategies tailored to their ministries.
