Delta 2027: Presidency Officials Triggered Delta APC Crisis – Senator Nwaoboshi

Senator Peter Nwaoboshi of the All Progressives Congress (APC) in Delta State has accused officials in the Presidency of causing the crisis within the Delta APC for personal reasons. In an interview, Nwaoboshi, a former chairman of the Senate Committee on Niger Delta, revealed that the ambition of former Deputy Senate President, Senator Ovie Omo-Agege, has caused division within the party.

He also mentioned a leadership tussle involving President Bola Ahmed Tinubu, which has further exacerbated the situation. Nwaoboshi threatened to expose those behind the crisis, particularly a group supporting a governorship candidate for the 2023 election.
