Delta Police Arrest Suspected Criminals, Recover Weapons in Asaba Operation

The Delta State Police Command made significant arrests and weapon recoveries in Asaba. The operation led by the B Division Rapid Response Squad and Eagle Net Special Squad resulted in the apprehension of suspected criminals involved in a robbery incident.

One suspect, Amara Nwako, was arrested, while another accomplice fled. A locally made pistol was seized during the operation.

Preliminary investigations suggest a possible cult affiliation. The police are currently holding the arrested suspect and conducting a manhunt for the fleeing accomplice.
