DAPPMAN Challenges Dangote Refinery Over Petrol Export Concerns

Depot Petroleum Products Marketers Association (DAPPMAN) clashes with Dangote Refinery over allegations that cheaper petrol is being exported instead of meeting Nigeria's domestic fuel needs.
