PDP Urges Abuja Chief Judge Not to Assign Cases to 'Courts of Concern'

The People Democratic Party (PDP) has written to Justice John Terhemba Tsoho, Chief Judge of the Federal High Court in Abuja, requesting not to assign their cases to what they term as 'Courts of Particular Concern'. The PDP expressed apprehensions over past judgments involving three judges and highlighted their fear of bias.

The party raised concerns about the assignment of cases affecting their interests and requested fair treatment in legal matters. This move comes amidst allegations of unfair treatment in previous court cases involving the PDP.
