Filmmaker Seun Oloketuyi disclosed that Angela was picked up in Lagos on January 27, 2026, spent the night at Yaba Panti, and was flown to Abuja the next morning for court proceedings. Doris Ogala demanded Angela's release and emphasized the need for the proper legal approach.
