DSS Arrests Man in Rivers for Allegedly Inciting Military Coup Against Tinubu

The Department of State Services (DSS) has arrested Innocent Chukwuma in Rivers State for allegedly using social media to incite a military coup against President Bola Tinubu's government. Chukwuma reportedly posted messages calling for the overthrow of the Nigerian government and the suspension of the APC.

The arrest comes amidst heightened security vigilance following Tinubu's recent reorganization of the armed forces. The Nigerian Army has also confirmed investigating 16 officers for disciplinary breaches, dismissing claims of a coup plot.
