Edo Council Officials Ordered to Wear Tinubu-Branded Caps in Loyalty Display

Edo State local government officials have been directed by the ALGON chairman, Sunni Ekpetika Ekpeson, to wear caps bearing Bola Tinubu's insignia during official duties, aligning with the state government's move to demonstrate loyalty to the political leader. This directive follows a similar order by Governor Mondai Okpebholo for cabinet members to wear Tinubu-branded outfits.

The aim is to show grassroots solidarity and support for Tinubu's political vision in Edo State, emphasizing teamwork, discipline, and loyalty. The move is seen as a strategic step to strengthen political cohesion and support Tinubu's leadership ahead of the 2027 elections.

Former commission member Dr. Larri Aghedo and Senator-elect Joseph Ikpea have also praised the state's efforts during its 34th anniversary celebrations.
