EFCC Denies Violating Rights Of Atiku’s Son-In-law

The EFCC has denied violating the rights of Atiku's son-in-law, Haske, who claimed in an interview with Africa Report that he collapsed during interrogation and was hospitalized. The agency stated that it had received court processes regarding Haske's lawsuit but dismissed his allegations.

The EFCC accused Haske, the founder of AA R Investment Group, of criminal conspiracy and money laundering. Haske was declared wanted for breaching the terms of his administrative bail and failing to honor an invitation.

The EFCC urged anyone with information on Haske's whereabouts to report to the nearest police station or EFCC office. Haske's firm, AA R Investment Group, is involved in energy, agribusiness, logistics, and ICT, and has been linked to an investigation into alleged transfers from the Nigerian National Petroleum Company Limited.
