eHealth Africa Delivers Over 5M Vaccines in 2025 Report

eHealth Africa's 2025 annual impact report reveals the delivery of 5,477,540 vaccines and 2,935,775 units of dry commodities directly to health facilities. The Executive Director, Atef Fawaz, stated that these life-saving interventions have immunized at least 1,802,609 children, contributing to disease prevention and improved child health outcomes.

The organization ensures uninterrupted access to essential immunization supplies, reducing stock risks at service delivery points. Additionally, eHealth Africa has established and upgraded six public health emergency operation centers across Africa, providing operational support to eleven centers in Nigeria.

These centers function as live coordination nerve centers, integrating surveillance data and laboratory reports for real-time decision-making. The organization has also successfully constructed and upgraded five laboratories, enhancing national diagnostic capacities.

Furthermore, eHealth Africa has expanded its renewable energy footprint, utilizing solar power in 238 primary healthcare facilities across twelve states, addressing critical system gaps and ensuring reliable power for cold chain facilities.
