Premier League Reveals September 2026 Player and Manager Nominees

The Premier League has unveiled the nominees for the September 2026 Player and Manager of the Month awards, featuring eight players and three managers shortlisted following three league fixtures in the month. The announcement was made earlier than usual due to the extended international break.

Notably, August winners João Pedro of Chelsea and Hull City manager Sergej Jakirović are not nominated this month. Hull City forward Mohamed Belloumi, Leeds United defender Jayden Bogle, and Brighton & Hove Albion players Pascal Groß and Charalampos Kostoulas are among the eight players nominated.

Liverpool's Alexander Isak and Jérémy Jacquet, along with Brentford's Kevin Schade and Manchester City's Antoine Semenyo, complete the shortlist. For the Manager of the Month award, Brighton's Fabian Hürzeler, Liverpool's Andoni Iraola, and Manchester City's Enzo Maresca are nominated.

Hürzeler led Brighton to significant victories, while Iraola achieved three clean sheets in his matches. Maresca's Manchester City maintained a perfect record, winning their first five matches.

The winners will be announced after voting on the EPL official website.
