Arteta Confirms Timber and Merino Out for Season

Arsenal manager Mikel Arteta announced that two players, Jurrien Timber and Mikel Merino, will not participate for the remainder of the season. During a media interaction ahead of the Premier League match against West Ham, Arteta was asked about the availability of Timber and Merino.

He stated that there is "no chance" for Merino to play this weekend and expressed uncertainty about Timber's situation, indicating that he does not know if Timber will be available by the end of the season. Jurrien Timber has been out of action since suffering an injury during the Carabao Cup final defeat against Manchester City on March 22.

Mikel Merino is currently recovering from a broken foot, which has also ruled him out for the season.
