Chelsea FC Owners Support Team Amid Performance Slump

Chelsea FC is experiencing a significant slump in performance, currently sitting in ninth place in the Premier League, seven points behind fifth place Liverpool. The club has suffered four straight defeats, including a 1-0 loss to Manchester United at Stamford Bridge, which led to boos from the crowd and protests against the owners before the match.

Despite this alarming situation, Chelsea co-owner Behdad Eghbali has expressed unwavering support for the team. Manager Liam Rosenior, who replaced Enzo Maresca in January, stated that he feels "100 percent support" from the ownership and emphasized the need for the team to realign and win games.

Rosenior acknowledged the challenges ahead, particularly with Chelsea's European football aspirations in jeopardy, as they face Brighton next, with only three points separating them from Fulham in 12th place. He noted the need for the team to be more clinical in front of goal.
