Redknapp Urges Arteta to Drop Saka from Right Wing

Former Premier League player Jami Redknapp has urged Arsenal's current coach Mikel Arteta to consider dropping Bukayo Saka from the right wing position due to his underwhelming performances this season. Redknapp discussed this on Sky Sports, particularly in light of Arsenal's recent Carabao Cup final defeat to Manchester City.

He pointed out that Saka has not consistently risen to the occasion and has not met the expectations placed upon him. Redknapp suggested that Arteta should utilize Noni Madueke or Max Dowman as alternatives for the right wing position at this time when Saka's performance is lacking.

He further recommended that Saka might benefit from playing on the left wing instead, as he seems to struggle against opponents when positioned on the right side.
