Everton manager David Moyes addressed the media following the team's 3-3 draw against Manchester City in a Premier League match held on Monday night at Dickinson Stadium. Everton initially led the match 3-1 until the 73rd minute, thanks to a brace from Thierno Barri and a goal from Jake O'Brien.

However, the match ended in a draw after Manchester City scored two late goals, with Erling Haaland and Jeremie Doku finding the net. Moyes admitted that his team let themselves down defensively, particularly in conceding the second goal, which he described as "so poorly" executed.

He acknowledged the significant effort from his players during the first half but expressed disappointment that they did not do enough to secure the win after leading 3-1.
