Wayne Bridge, a former Chelsea defender, has issued a warning to Arsenal regarding the pressure they are putting on themselves in the Premier League title race. He discussed this on a podcast, emphasizing that the league title should not be thrown away.

Bridge pointed out that Arsenal's captain, Martin Ødegaard, along with Eberechi Eze, will miss the Carabao Cup final against Manchester City due to international duty. He noted that at least ten players are unavailable for various reasons, including injuries to key players such as Gabriel Magalhães, William Saliba, Jurrien Timber, Declan Rice, Bukayo Saka, Noni Madueke, Piero Hincapi, Leandro Trossard, and Martin Zubimendi.

Bridge expressed concern that the situation could worsen for Arsenal as they return from the international break, indicating that they have placed unnecessary pressure on themselves during this critical phase of the season.
