Evan Okoro Apologizes to Estranged Husband Chibuzo

Actress Evan Okoro publicly apologized to her estranged husband, Chibuzo, via an emotional video posted on Instagram. In the video, filmed in her bedroom in Asaba, she admitted to saying hurtful things during their separation and acknowledged that he deserved a public apology.

Although they had already settled their issues privately, Evan felt it was important to apologize publicly, similar to how she would to anyone else. She reflected on how sharing their marriage online attracted negative attention from strangers, which she believes contributed to the deterioration of their relationship.

Evan clarified that she is not seeking reconciliation but is pursuing peace of mind. She also expressed her belief that while she does not encourage divorce, separation can be necessary after genuine efforts to resolve issues fail.

She urged others in uncomfortable situations to prioritize their well-being over public opinion.
