Ex-Army Properties MD Challenges EFCC's N246 Million Forfeiture Claim

Umar Mohammed, former MD of Nigerian Army Properties Limited, has challenged the EFCC's claim of N246 million forfeiture in a Lagos court. The EFCC alleged that the funds were proceeds of unlawful activities during Mohammed's tenure.

However, Mohammed's legal team argued that the claim was misleading and that the case is still pending in court. The court had previously ordered the final forfeiture of the funds, but Mohammed's team contends that due process was not followed.
