Ex-Arsenal Star Ryan Alebiosu Excited to Represent Nigeria at AFCON 2025

Former Arsenal defender Ryan Alebiosu, born in England to Nigerian parents, is thrilled to join Nigeria's national team for AFCON 2025. The 23-year-old, currently playing for Blackburn Rovers, opted to play for Nigeria despite being eligible for England.

Alebiosu's impressive performances earned him a call-up to the Super Eagles, following injuries to Ola Aina and Benjamin Fredrick. This will be his first major international tournament, and he looks forward to the experience.
