Ex-Katsina SSG Accuses Governor of Withholding Local Government Funds

Dr. Mustapha Moham Inuwa, a former Secretary to the Katsina State Government, has accused Governor Dikko Umaru Radda of unlawfully withholding funds meant for the state's 34 local government councils, defying a Supreme Court judgment.

Inuwa alleges that the Governor's actions are unconstitutional and illegal, infringing on the financial autonomy of the local governments. Governor Radda's spokesperson, Maiwada Danmallam, denies the claims, citing the state's constitutional powers.
