UK Tribunal Rejects Claims Over London Property Linked to Late Gen. Useni

A UK tribunal rejected the claims of Nigerian lawyer Mike Ozekhome and Tali Shani regarding ownership of a London property linked to the late General Jeremiah Useni. The property at 79 Randall Avenue, Neasden, North London, became a subject of litigation after Ozekhome attempted to register his name, citing a gift from Useni.

Shani objected, leading to the tribunal dismissing their claims. Ozekhome argued that Shani used a fictitious identity to fraudulently claim ownership, while Useni testified via video link before his death, stating he purchased the property in 1993 under a different name.

The tribunal's decision on September 11, 2025, highlighted the dispute over the property's rightful proprietorship.
