Fani-Kayode Denounces Killings in Nigeria as Not Religious, Calls for Unity

Former Minister Fani-Kayode delivered a lecture as a guest speaker at the 35th-anniversary synod of the Anglican Diocese of Kafanchan in Kaduna State. He condemned the killings in Nigeria as inhuman criminal acts targeting both Muslims and Christians, urging Nigerians to resist division along religious lines.

Various leaders, including Governor Uba Sani and others, emphasized the importance of unity, religious freedom, and promoting peace in the state. The Anglican Diocese of Kafanchan has invested in humanitarian programs and called for continued investment in education and healthcare.

Political representatives commended Governor Sani's leadership style and urged the church to pray for the success of elected leaders.
