FCMB Group Plc Declares Final Dividend for FY 2025

FCMB Group Plc (NGX: FCMB) has announced a proposed final dividend of ₦0.35k for every 50 kobo ordinary share in respect of the financial year ended 31 December 2025. The dividend is subject to appropriate withholding tax and requires shareholder approval at the company's forthcoming Annual General Meeting.

Shareholders whose names appear on the Register of Members at the close of business on Monday, 15 June 2026 will qualify for the dividend. The Register of Shareholders will be closed on Tuesday, 16 June 2026. Electronic payment of dividends is scheduled for Tuesday, 30 June 2026, for shareholders who have completed e-dividend registration and mandated the Registrar to credit their bank accounts directly.

No bonus shares were declared alongside the dividend. The company's Annual General Meeting will be held virtually on Tuesday, 30 June 2026 at 10:00 am. Shareholders yet to complete e-dividend registration are directed to CardinalStone Registrars Limited, which serves as the company's registrar. Unclaimed dividend warrants and share certificates remain outstanding, and affected shareholders are advised to contact the Registrar.
