Femi Adebayo Surprised by ₦40bn Valuation of Euphoria Hub

Femi Adebayo, a Nollywood actor and filmmaker, reacted with surprise to social media claims that his newly launched Euphoria 360 Hub is valued at ₦40 billion. On October 7, 2026, he quoted a user on X who celebrated this valuation, expressing disbelief.

The Euphoria 360 Hub, located in Oregun, Lagos, was officially commissioned on October 6, 2026, by Lagos State Deputy Governor Dr Kadri Obafemi Hamzat. The facility serves as the headquarters for Euphoria360 Media Limited and includes cinema-grade production studios, post-production suites, music video and event spaces, equipment rental services, and the Euphoria360 Film Academy.

Adebayo had already filmed his "B4 B4" music video at the hub prior to its formal opening. The launch event attracted notable figures from the industry, including Kunle Afolayan and Ramsey Nouah, and featured an emotional moment from Adebayo's father, veteran actor Adebayo Salami.

While the ₦40 billion figure has circulated widely, it remains an unconfirmed estimate.
