Femi Otedola's Amperion Sells N4.4 Billion Shares of Geregu Power PLC in Cross-Deal

Amperion Power Distribution Company Limited, owned by billionaire businessman Femi Otedola, has sold 4.29 million shares of Geregu Power PLC in a cross-deal worth N4.4 billion. Geregu Power PLC, Nigeria's first-listed power generation company, reported a significant increase in revenue and profit.

The transaction was completed at a price of N1,027.4 per share on November 11. Iheanyi Nwachukwu, a seasoned journalist with experience in banking and finance, reported the deal.
