CREDICORP Launches YouthCred: Borrow Up to N5m Instantly for Nigerian Youths

The Nigerian Consumer Credit Corporation (CREDICORP) launched YouthCred, a new credit scheme inviting youths to borrow up to N5 million within minutes. The initiative aims to empower young Nigerians by providing easy access to loans for entrepreneurial ventures or personal development.

YouthCred targets individuals aged 18-39, including corp members and employed youths, offering a maximum loan term of 12 months. The scheme seeks to promote a positive credit culture among the youth and foster financial responsibility.

The program received praise from government officials and stakeholders for its potential to boost entrepreneurship and economic growth.
