FG Pledges More Reforms To Attract Local, Foreign, Investors

Honourable Minister of Industry, Trade, and Investment, Dr. Jumoke Oduwole, pledged to implement more reforms to attract both local and foreign investors during a Climate Economic Delegation meeting in Abuja.

Oduwole highlighted the ongoing regulatory and legislative reforms aimed at boosting investments in critical sectors, emphasizing Nigeria's readiness for global partnerships. The Minister stressed the government's efforts to sustain investor confidence and promote economic growth.

The event, hosted by the Nigerians in Diaspora Commission (NiDCOM), saw Hon. Abike Dabiri-Erewa welcoming the delegation and acknowledging the significant role of the Nigerian diaspora in national development.

Dr. Toks Omishakin, Secretary of the California State Transportation Agency, praised NiDCOM for convening discussions on sustainable transportation and clean energy, highlighting California's leadership in these areas.

The meeting concluded with a commitment to deepen partnerships and leverage diaspora expertise to enhance sustainable investments in Nigeria.
