First Bank Group Launches Digital Centers for 24/7 Access to Banking Services in Nigeria

First Bank Group's Managing Director, Olusegun Alebiosu, announced the deployment of new digital banking technology across Nigeria to streamline transactions and provide round-the-clock access to banking services. The digital centers, including one at Bayero University Kano, offer automated banking services 24/7 without the need for human assistance.

Abimbola Kunle Ajayi, Group Head of Branch Operations Services, highlighted the efficiency and customer-friendly nature of the centers during the official launch. The initiative is part of the bank's transformation agenda to leverage technology for enhanced accessibility and seamless banking experiences.
