First 'Maga Isa' Turbaned in Zazzau Emirate Ceremony

In a grand ceremony at the Emir Palace in Zaria, the first 'Maga Isa' of Zazzau was turbaned. The event was attended by top government officials at state and federal levels.

Dabo, a royal prince from the Bare Bari ruling clan of the Fulani dynasty in Zazzau Emirate, was honored with the title. The new Maga Isa, a distinguished alumnus of ABU Zaria, Harvard Kennedy School, London Business School, and Aga Khan University, was praised for his selfless service to the community.

The Emir of Zazzau emphasized the importance of integrity and urged the new titleholder to promote the cultural heritage of the emirate.
