Fish Magnet: Peter Obi Visits APGA Women Leader Over Son’s Killing, Photos Emerge

Peter Obi, a former governor and presidential candidate, visited the APGA Women Leader, Esther Chinyere Onyekesi, to offer condolences over the killing of her son, Ifesinachi Onyekere. The deceased, known as Fish Magnet, was reportedly kidnapped and later found dead in Amawbia town, Anambra State.

Obi, in a verified tweet, expressed his sadness over the promising young Nigerian's death and called for a thorough investigation to bring the perpetrators to justice. He also highlighted the urgent need for drastic action to address the rising insecurity in the southeast, particularly in areas like Orlu, Orsu, and Ihiala in Anambra State.

Concerned citizens, including social media influencers like Martins Otse, have been organizing candlelight processions to protest against the insecurity in the region.
