Flutterwave Facilitates Dangote IPO Participation for Investors

Flutterwave, Africa’s leading payments technology company, is enabling participation in the initial public offering (IPO) of Dangote Petroleum Refinery and Petrochemicals for Nigerians both at home and abroad. The company provides digital payment infrastructure for retail and diaspora investors to fund their share subscriptions.
Flutterwave's experience includes facilitating payments for MTN Nigeria’s public offering in 2021. The Dangote IPO allows investors to purchase shares in the world’s largest single-train refinery, which has a refining capacity of 650,000 barrels per day.
Investors can subscribe for a minimum of 10 shares at ₦525 each (₦5,250) through Chapel Hill Denham’s subscription platform. The process is accessible online, allowing new users to participate without an existing Flutterwave account.
Investors can also use Owo by Mono on WhatsApp for subscriptions. Those without a bank account will be provided with a Flutterwave Microfinance Bank account.
Payment does not guarantee full allocation, and subscriptions are processed according to the offer's terms.
