Former CBN Governor Emefiele Denies Terrorism Financing Allegations

Former CBN Governor Godwin Emefiele has vehemently denied allegations of financing terrorism, labeling the claims as mischievous and malicious. Emefiele dismissed the accusations as entirely fabricated and baseless, urging the public to disregard them.

The statement was in response to media reports linking him to terrorist financing. Previously, former Attorney General Abubakar Malami also refuted the claims, citing political motives.
