APC's Dr Betta Edu Predicts Tinubu's 2027 Election Victory

Dr Betta Edu, the Director of Women Mobilisation for the APC Presidential Campaign Council, declared that President Bola Ahmed Tinubu will win the 2027 presidential election and remain in office until 2031. This announcement was made on Monday at the 2026 Pre-Inaugural Women's Summit and Empowerment Programme, held at the Bola Ahmed Tinubu International Conference Centre in Abuja.

The event was convened by the First Lady under the theme "Renewed Hope Agenda 2.0: From Reforms to Prosperity — One Voice, One Movement, One Choice, One Mandate 2027." Attendees included Hajia Nana Shettima, the wife of the Vice President, Senator Abdulaziz Yari, Imo State Governor Senator Hope Uzodimma, and various women stakeholders. Edu led a chant in support of Tinubu, emphasizing that APC women are mobilizing to secure a strong electoral mandate targeting 40 million votes.

The campaign aims to engage communities through grassroots networks and includes opportunities for women in various sectors. The First Lady also presented support items to women beneficiaries during the event.
