Osun Ex-Secretary Withdraws from Omoluabi Progressives Amid Political Shift

Former Osun State Secretary to the Government, Moshood Adeoti, has withdrawn from the Omoluabi Progressives group, which he co-founded with Rauf Aregbesola. Adeoti cited personal and family considerations for his decision, emphasizing the challenges faced by the organization and expressing gratitude to members.

The move comes as Adeoti prepares to intensify his bid for the 2026 governorship election in Osun State under the Action Democratic Congress (ADC). The Omoluabi Progress bloc within the ADC is gaining prominence, with Aregbesola also involved in the party's activities.
