FRSC Confirms Anthony Joshua Accident with Fatalities

The Federal Road Safety Corps (FRSC) in Ogun State confirmed a road crash on the Lagos-Ibadan Expressway involving Nigerian-British boxing champion Anthony Joshua. The incident, which occurred on December 29, resulted in two fatalities, with Joshua sustaining injuries.

The crash involved two vehicles, including a Lexus SUV, and was attributed to speeding and dangerous overtaking. FRSC's prompt response led to the evacuation of Joshua for medical treatment.

The agency also cautioned motorists against reckless driving to prevent further tragedies.
