Geregu Power Plc Closed Period Notice: Q3 2026 Results

Geregu Power Plc has notified the Nigerian Exchange Limited of the commencement of a closed period in connection with its third quarter unaudited financial statements for the period ended 30th September 2026. The filing restricts insiders, consultants, and their connected persons from trading in the company's shares until 24 hours after the results are publicly released.
