This clarification came after his announcement on Thursday regarding the dissolution of their marriage, which sparked widespread reactions from fans and netizens.

Ekiye stated that his wife expressed her desire to end the marriage, moved out of their home, and filed for divorce without any prior quarrel. He made efforts to reconcile for about a year but ultimately accepted the reality of the situation.
