Plateau State Govt Closes Roads for Tinubu's Visit to Ensure Smooth Traffic Flow

The Plateau State Government announced the closure of major roads in Jos and Bukuru ahead of President Bola Ahmed Tinubu's visit scheduled for Saturday. The closure aims to facilitate the President's attendance at the burial of Nana Lydia Yilwada, the mother of the National Chairman of the All Progressives Congress (APC), Nentawe Yilwada.

Commissioner of Information Joyce Ramnap stated that the road closures were necessary to ensure smooth traffic flow and the movement of the Presidential entourage. Motorists were advised to use alternative routes during the closure period to avoid congestion.

The cooperation and understanding of residents were requested for the successful execution of the traffic management plan.
