Nasarawa Governor Fires Adviser Over Early Campaign, Announces Infrastructure Projects

Nasarawa State Governor, Gov Sule, has dismissed an aide for violating directives against premature political campaigning for the 2027 election. The adviser, Ahemba, was fired publicly for engaging in early political activities, breaching electoral laws.

The state government reaffirmed its commitment to completing infrastructure projects, including the Karu flyover and underpass. Additionally, plans to enhance security with CCTV cameras and drones to combat crime were disclosed by the government.

The Nasarawa State Urban Development Agency (NUDA) will conduct feasibility studies for these projects.
