Murtala Elevated to Commissioner of Police in Katsina

Alhaji Tijjani Muhammad Murtala has been elevated from the rank of deputy commissioner of police to commissioner of police, a promotion described as timely and well-deserved by Alhaji Sani Bawa Dutsin-ma, the Chairman of the Ma Development Association Dutsin-ma. This promotion marks a historic achievement as it is the first time an indigene from Dutsin-ma local government area has attained such a position.

Sani Bawa highlighted that Murtala's hard work, honesty, and dedication to his duties justified his regular promotions within the Nigeria Police Force. He also noted that Murtala will retain his posting to Jigawa State after serving as deputy commissioner of police, which reflects his strong relationship with the local community.

The Ma Development Association Dutsin-ma expressed confidence that Murtala will serve as a good ambassador for both Dutsin-ma and Katsina State, wishing him Allah's guidance and blessings throughout his tenure.
