Guardiola Dismisses Fixture Congestion Amid Title Chase

Pep Guardiola, the current coach of Manchester City, has brushed off complaints regarding fixture congestion as his team chases Arsenal in the Premier League title race. Manchester City is currently three points behind Arsenal as the season enters a critical phase.

The schedule has become tighter due to postponed matches against Crystal Palace and Bournemouth, which have been rescheduled amid the FA Cup final against Chelsea on May 16. Guardiola's side will face three matches within seven days from May 13 to May 19, culminating in their league campaign against Aston Villa on May 24.

Despite expressing frustration over the timing of the rearranged fixtures, Guardiola dismissed any grievances, emphasizing that Manchester City is six points off the pace while holding two games in hand. He acknowledged the challenge posed by Arsenal's kickoff times and their recent victory over Fulham.
