Guinness Nigeria Board Meeting Set for October 21, 2026

Guinness Nigeria Plc has filed a board meeting notification with the Nigerian Exchange Limited (NGX), disclosing that its Board of Directors will convene on Wednesday, 21st October 2026. The primary agenda item is the consideration and approval of the company's unaudited financial results for the quarter ending 30th September 2026.

In line with NGX Post-Listing Rules, the company has announced a closed period during which insiders and their connected persons are prohibited from directly or indirectly dealing in Guinness Nigeria's securities. The closed period commenced on 1st October 2026 and will expire 24 hours after the unaudited financial statements for the period are released to the public.

Following Board approval, the results are expected to be uploaded to the NGX Issuers' Portal no later than 22nd October 2026. The notification was signed by Abimbola Ajibola-Jimoh, Company Secretary, and filed on 29th September 2026 from the company's headquarters on Cocoa Industries Road, Ogba, Ikeja, Lagos. The Board currently comprises nine directors, including Chairman Prof. Fabian Ajogwu, SAN, and Managing Director Mr. Girish Sharma.
