Guinness Nigeria Reports N41.15bn Profit, Celebrates 75 Years

Guinness Nigeria Plc announced a profit of N41.15 billion for the financial year ending December 31, 2025, representing a significant turnaround of 175% from a loss of N54.77 billion reported in the prior year. The company’s revenue increased by 144% to N730.80 billion during the review period, with profit from operational activities rising by 89.27%, a surge of 251% compared to N25.49 billion reported the previous year.

During its 75th annual general meeting held in Lagos, the company reaffirmed its strong performance and clear path for sustainable growth. Chairman of the board, Prof.
