Gunmen Kill Pastor Emmanuel Ezeoikw in Adamawa Attack

On April 21, 2026, gunmen attacked Zinal Village in the Song Local Government Area of Adamawa State, resulting in the death of Pastor Emmanuel Ezeoikw. The incident occurred early in the morning, with reports received by the Adamawa State Police Command at 6:30 AM.

Upon arrival, police found the victim's lifeless body and rushed him to the hospital, where he was confirmed dead by medical personnel. The police spokesperson, SP Suleiman Nguroj, stated that three empty AK-47 shells were recovered from the scene.

Following the attack, Commissioner Kabir Hassan ordered a discreet investigation and deployed a tactical team to track down the perpetrators. The police have urged the public to remain calm and assist with any information related to the investigation.
