H1: Africa Prudential Records 75% PBT Growth, N41.35bn Assets

Africa Prudential Plc has reported a 75% growth in Profit Before Tax, reaching N41.35 billion in assets for the first half of 2025. The unaudited results released in Lagos showed a significant increase in Profit Before Tax to N1 billion, up from N779 million in the same period last year.

Net total income also saw a 64% rise to N2 billion compared to 2024. The company's total assets climbed to N41.35 billion in June 2025, representing a 38% increase from the previous year.

Despite a dividend payout earlier in the year, shareholder funds grew by 15% to N11 billion. Managing Director and CEO, Catherine Nwosu, highlighted the company's diversified income base and resilience in a challenging macroeconomic environment.

She expressed satisfaction in rewarding shareholders with a bonus issue, emphasizing the company's commitment to delivering value and sustaining growth.
