Hakimi Makes History Winning CAF Men's Player of the Year Award

Achraf Hakimi has created history by winning the CAF Men's Player of the Year award, becoming the first defender in 52 years to achieve this feat. The Moroccan player, who plays for PSG, triumphed in various competitions including the UEFA Champions League.

Other winners include Ghizlan Chebbak for the CAF Women's Player of the Year and Chiamaka Nnadozi for the Women's Goalkeeper award. The awards also recognized outstanding players and coaches from different African nations.
