Heirs Energies to Double Oil Output, Expand Growthacross Africa

Heirs Energies, a Nigerian oil producer, is aiming to double its oil output by 2030 and expand its operations across Africa. The company's CEO, Osa Igiehon, revealed plans to increase production at their crown asset, Oil Mining Lease OML 17, which was acquired from Shell Plc in 2021.

Currently producing around 30,000 barrels per day, Heirs Energies intends to almost double this output through additional drilling and upgrades over the next five years. Igiehon highlighted the company's growth strategy at the Namibia Oil and Gas Conference, emphasizing their focus on acquiring assets in Nigeria and expanding into other African countries.

He expressed confidence in the potential for growth, both locally and internationally, as Heirs Energies aims to become a significant player in the African oil industry.
