Chef Hilda Baci has secured her third Guinness World Record for serving the largest Nigerian-style jollof rice, weighing 8,780 kg. The achievement was announced via Instagram, with confirmation from Andrew Fan of the Guinness World Records creative team.

Baci's milestone surpasses the global benchmark for the largest rice serving. The record-setting event occurred at Gino Nigeria in Victoria Island, Lagos, on September 12, 2025.

This accomplishment follows her previous record for the longest cook marathon as an individual in May 2023. The event at Eko Hotel attracted notable dignitaries and royalty.

Baci expressed her surprise and gratitude for the recognition, emphasizing her faith in God's blessings. The Guinness World Records acknowledged Gino Nigeria as a co-holder of the feat.
