Nigerian Chef Hilda Baci Sets Second Guinness World Record with Largest Pot of Jollof Rice

Nigerian chef Hilda Baci has been awarded her second Guinness World Record plaque for preparing the world's largest pot of jollof rice, weighing 8,780 kilograms in Lagos. This achievement marks her as Nigeria's most decorated chef.

Baci previously earned her first Guinness title in May 2023 for completing a 93-hour, 11-minute cooking marathon. She shared her latest accomplishment on Instagram, expressing gratitude for the recognition and celebrating Nigeria's culinary excellence.

Baci's jollof rice feat attracted a crowd of 20,000 people, including food lovers and influencers, solidifying her position as the first Nigerian chef to hold multiple Guinness World Records.
