Hilda Baci Aims to Cook World's Biggest Jollof Pot with 250 Bags

Hilda Baci, a former Guinness World Record holder for marathon cooking, plans to set a new record by cooking the world's biggest pot of jollof rice. She aims to cook 250 bags of basmati rice in a giant pot measuring 6 meters wide and 4 meters tall, scheduled for September 12, 2025.

This culinary feat is expected to feed at least a thousand people. Hilda, known for her previous cooking achievements, sees this challenge as a way to push the boundaries of African food culture and culinary excellence.
